01Agreement
These terms govern access to reports.moonfactory.dev and the reports served from it. By opening a report you accept them. If you do not accept them, close the page.
Where a client has a signed services agreement with MoonFactory X, that agreement governs and these terms fill the gaps. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]
02What this service is
This host publishes reports MoonFactory X produces for its clients — performance reports, incident records, and related documents. It is a delivery surface, not a product, and there is nothing here to sign up for.
03Access
Each report sits at a private address and is protected by credentials issued to a named client. Those credentials are for that client and the people it authorises. Do not publish the address, do not share the credentials outside that group, and do not attempt to reach reports issued to anyone else.
We may change or withdraw an address, rotate credentials, or end access where an engagement ends or where credentials have been misused. Where we can give notice, we will.
04Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain access to any part of this host you were not given.
- Do not scan, probe, scrape, or automate requests against it.
- Do not interfere with its operation or availability for anyone else.
- Do not remove, obscure, or alter any attribution, credential notice, or provenance statement inside a report.
05What the figures are, and are not
Every figure in a report is read directly from the source named beside it — a client's own Google Analytics property, Search Console property, Business Profile, or booking system — for the date range printed on the same page. Nothing is modelled and nothing is estimated. Where a figure cannot be known, the report says so rather than filling the gap.
Those sources have their own limits, and the reports disclose them: Search Console reports on a delay and withholds low-volume queries for privacy, Analytics groups long tails and can suppress small figures, and figures from different systems count different things and cannot be added together. We warrant that we report what the sources returned. We do not warrant that the sources themselves are complete or correct.
A report is information, not professional advice. Decisions taken on the strength of one are the client's own.
06Ownership
The data in a report belongs to the client it was made for, and the client may use, copy, and circulate its own reports freely inside its own organisation.
The report formats, templates, series names, layouts, visual design, and the software that assembles them remain the property of MoonFactory X. Nothing here transfers a licence to reproduce that apparatus for anyone else, or to resell reports as a service.
07Availability
We aim to keep this host reachable at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may take it down for maintenance. This host carries delivered documents; it is not part of any operational system a client depends on to trade. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonFactory X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of this host or reliance on a report. Our total liability in connection with this host is limited to the fees paid for the reporting service in the [LIABILITY PERIOD, e.g. twelve months] preceding the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
09Ending access
When an engagement ends, access to this host ends with it. On written request we will provide a client's own reports in a portable form and then remove them. See the privacy notice for what happens to credentials and data.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and clients will be told directly when a revision is material.
